Alone Together; Exploring Alienation

During the event at OX.Space., several artists are exhibiting: Alice Vink, Ailen Meester, Anika Hochstenbach, Meike Driessen, Nadine Ghandour and Vera Kersting.

In the ever-evolving realm of De Zolder, we believe in the power of art, music, and community to explore, connect and create. Join us on a transformative journey as we delve into the theme of alienation, aiming to bridge the disconnect that sometimes separates us from ourselves and one another. We’ll explore Alienation across four categories: nature, oneself, people, and work. Each day at OX, we’ll shine a light on one of these themes, featuring the incredible works of six talented artists. From Thursday to Sunday, you can marvel at their creations at OX.Space.

Art, in its various forms, will be at the heart of this experience, but we’ll also delve into the theme through screenings, workshops, live music, DJ sets, and delicious food. Every day offers a chance to indulge in culinary delights, with Sunday’s food experience made possible by Muziek Wordt Served, and the other days by WILD.

Join us as we navigate the uncharted waters of alienation, seeking to understand, connect, and redefine the meaning of belonging. Together, we’ll tear down the walls that separate us and create a space where unity and togetherness prevail. In the true spirit of De Zolder, let’s unite to explore the theme of alienation with boundless passion and a shared purpose.

We invite you to embark on this transformative journey together.
